Terms of Service for Roslyn Boutique

1. General
The online store at roslynboutique.com is operated by Roslyn Boutique, KVK: 77356187, VAT number (BTW): NL003184373B45, address: Divertimentostraat 35, 1312 EB Almere, The Netherlands (Warehouse address (not a return address): 7 Rutledge St, Eastwood NSW 2122, Australia), email: info@roslynboutique.com, phone: +61 2 8488 1043 (the "Seller"). Roslyn Boutique is a brand of Sphyre. Customer service is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 (CET).

2. Ordering and contract
You can order 24 hours a day through the online store. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when the Seller confirms the order by email.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase. Available payment methods are described under Payment Methods.

4. Delivery
Delivery terms and delivery times are described under Shipping.

5. Returns
The Seller offers a voluntary 30-day return option on the terms described under Returns & Refunds. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To make a claim, email info@roslynboutique.com with a description of the problem and your order number.

7. Complaints
If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact the consumer protection agency in your state or territory or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (accc.gov.au).

9. Product information
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly with your screen. If an error in a price or description is found, we may correct it and, if your order is affected, offer you the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Roslyn Boutique or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

11. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access or misuse its content.

12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Roslyn Boutique is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the Australian Consumer Law, are not affected.

15. Order acceptance and availability
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, payment cannot be verified or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information and to update it promptly, so we can complete your order and reach you when needed.

17. Electronic communication
By placing an order you agree that we may contact you by email about your order. Marketing emails are only sent with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
